Company introductionThe company is one trade and manufacturing enterprise; Trade plays the key part, while industry of fine chemicals products are produced by our company. There are 12 people in the foreign trade department with annual turnover of 30 million RMB; 50 people in the production department with annual turnover of 10 million RMB.Responsibilities and Achievements1. Totally responsible for the daily management of the finance, HR, import-export and the manufacturing departments. The daily work of the import-export department includes: development of new products, supplier development, business tracing and products inspection, products transportation (documents, shipping), audit and balance the documents and etc. The daily work of the manufacturing department includes: manufacturing, sourcing, quality control and other work.2. Made the development plan of our company, guarantee the finish of the sales target.3. Our foreign trade business has increased from dozens of products in single one category at the beginning to over hundreds of products in five categories during my management time in Yingkaitong with over one hundred suppliers, and the export volume increase by 30% every year. Meanwhile, the manufacturing turnover increases from 3 million five years ago to 10 million nowadays.
